Their murder was not only a tragic loss of two young lives, but a direct attack on truth, freedom, and the foundations of democracy. Ján Kuciak was a Slovak investigative journalist who dedicated his work to uncovering corruption, tax fraud, and the misuse of power.

That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce a new addition to our Bratislava office: a life-sized replica of a terracotta warrior general, inspired by the incredible army crafted over 2,000 years ago to guard China’s first emperor.

This past Friday we kicked off the festive season together!

Many of us usually work across borders and screens. Spending an evening side by side enjoying our traditional Christmas dinner, sharing stories, ideas and a lot of laughs, was a great reminder of how much talent and dedication stands behind Mercurtrade.

Teamwork in Motion: Mercurtrade Visits Budapest

Sometimes the best way to strengthen collaboration is to take it outside the office. Recently, our Bratislava team traded their desks for train seats and set off on an overnight adventure to Budapest!
