Sustainability starts with rethinking how we use materials from start to finish. In our warehouses and production, we recycle as much as possible to keep materials in use instead of in landfills. We also work with customers to provide returnable packaging, reducing waste on both ends of the process. In our offices, composting turns organic waste into something useful, while eco-friendly cleaning products make everyday operations greener.

Caring for the planet starts with caring for people. That’s why we provide organic fruits and vegetables in our offices—ensuring our team has fresh, healthy options throughout the workday. And thanks to the free-range chickens we raise on a nearby farm, our employees can also enjoy organic eggs, bringing sustainability even closer to home. A workplace that supports well-being is a workplace that thrives. 

⚡ Reducing Consumption, Rethinking Energy 

As we’ve grown, we’ve invested in efficient energy systems, optimized heating and cooling, and expanded renewable energy use. Since 2023, our warehouse electricity consumption has dropped by 53%, and natural gas use is down 82%—with even further reductions ahead. The future of business is green, and we’re proud to be part of that change.
